Alan J. Weiner, who holds a B.S. degree from The American University, an MBA degree from St. Johns University and a Law degree from Brooklyn Law School. He practiced real estate law for 20 years prior to joining Jason Kaplan at Rural Land. Jason holds a B.A. from The University of Massachusetts, worked as a paralegal in area of real estate and personal injury for 15 years. He also holds a Grande Diploma from the French Culinary Inst in NYC and worked as a sous chef in many restaurants in Florida and NY. He has passed the NY Real Estate exam. Jason is one of the first on EBAY to sell lots at 0 % interest. Rural Land has been in business since 2002. Since commencing business, Rural Land has purchased & sold more than 8,000 rural type properties. This vast amount of experience has enabled them to identify and purchase quality real estate at reasonable prices. Rural Land’s philosophy is to sell quality real estate to their clients at reasonable prices by showing actual photos and videos of the lots and getting the corners marked by their coordinates.
