Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, you will still be a premium member until the end of your subscription period and will not be charged for another month. If you cancel your subscription, you must do so before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month.

WE DO NOT OFFER CREDIT, REFUNDS OR PRORATED BILLING FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS.

If you cancel your subscription, your service will continue as normal until the end of your billing period. Land-Listings.com reserves to right to offer discounts or other considerations at our sole discretion and each circumstance (being unique) does not constitute and obligate to do so in any other circumstance. In other words, if Land-Listings.com or a representative offers a discount or credit, it is a one time offer and not our policy or obligation.
