Daryl Weems is the owner and broker for Twin Bends, LLC. Daryl primarily focuses on rural
ranch properties and development projects. He has helped buyers and sellers throughout
Texas and currently has ten agents working under him. He specializes in land estate planning
for families, emphasizing how each property will be divided or sold for inheritance
purposes. Daryl is a multi-million dollar producer and was listed as one of the top brokers in
2021.
In addition, Daryl also does design consultations and custom building projects for clients. He
worked in the construction industry in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, and Katy until 2001. Daryl
made Central Texas his home in 1998 and built homes locally until earning his real estate
license in 2008.
Daryl is an accredited land consultant with 14 years of focusing on rural Texas
properties. He also has served as the President of North Bosque Water Supply Company,
Deacon at the First Baptist Church of Waco, Buildings and Grounds Chair, has enjoyed
two mission trips to Ecuador.
