Prime Source Development&Acquisitions, LLC was founded by Terance A. Snipes Sr. in 2008. Terance is a native of Maxton, NC where he eventually moved to the Atlanta Metro Area in the mid-90’s. Terance has over 20 years’ experience in fix n flips, wholesaling to private investor and hedge fund buyers where he learned the best from seasoned real estate investors. His success afforded him the opportunity to build relationships and to provide buyers “OFF MARKET” deals.
