This lot will have a fantastic lake view all year round with just a few trees cut down. There is a beautiful winter view when trees are bare. The lot is undockable, although on the lake. Land is steep so best suited for someone who just wants a view of the lake. There is a boat launch ramp next to the deeded boat slips. Bay Ridge, located on beautiful Lake Keowee, offers an upscale private community just minutes from downtown Seneca and Clemson. The subdivision is only 5 minutes or so from Lake Jocassee, the most pristine lake in the Upstate. Eat at various restaurants on Lake Keowee including The Light House Restaurant and Tiki Hut by land or lake. I am told there is an artesian well in Bay Ridge which supplies all the water to the community, and that water is included in the HOA fee. A gate code is required to enter the community.
