We have 3.4 of land for sale. We did a 6inch concrete pad foundation with reinforced steel. We had a curtain drain installed around it to have water diverted away from the concrete pad. We leveled and cleared almost an acre for future building, a food forest, or a lawn. It is right down the road from 4 lakes and around the corner from the bay near dewatto bay. You also have a new of the Olympic mountains and it is near timber land, so a ton of hiking and wildlife. Use it as an rv parking spot, tiny house spot, or build.

A perc test was done last year and the document said that it meets the exception criteria for a gravity septic depending on where you put the system. The RV concrete pad is thick with reinforced steel/curtain drain around it to divert any rain during the winter, and the RV power hook ups are on the corner of the pad. The pad has potential for many uses. Plenty of space to put a home near the pad or do your own clearing on the other side. A lot of potential!
