** Rainwater harvest systems (cabin & barn) - The house has its own water system, collecting rain through seamless gutters, a leaf catcher, a first flush system, and a 2000 gallon partially buried tank. The pump, oversized pressure tank, and family sized water heater are safely tucked away in the pumphouse. There is also an old hand-dug well near the cabin that always has standing water and can be made useful with very little trouble.
