For anyone who may have looked at my property, I have completely cleaned it up. I have added pictures of the inside of the house for all those who have asked. I have also answered more of the questions people have asked from the post. Please read the entire post!
This lot sits near the small town of Austin CO, and is halfway between Delta and Hotchkiss on Hwy 92.

This parcel has gorgeous views of the West Elk Mountains to the east, and the Grand Mesa to the west, making for surreal sunrises and sunsets.

Access is from Hidden Mesa Road, or Black Mesa Road.

Delta and Hotchkiss are both ten miles, and about ten minutes from this property. Walmart, City Market, Gas stations, Restaurants and Schools are all in those towns. Delta has a main hospital.
Power/phone is located less than a 1/4 mile away. Septic systems are typical in the area and a hole has been pre-dug for a leach field and septic tank.
