Large enough AND secluded enough to do some hunting on! Lots of large mature trees. No need to continue leasing a place to hunt, when you buy land, at a very affordable price, and own it for a lifetime! Unimproved trail access (easements in place); A 4wd vehicle and ATV is recommended. The 4wd road will get you most of the way (I usually park on a powerline ROW) and take the ATV the rest of the way. There is an ATV trail to follow onto the property. The property slopes from both ends to a seasonal creek that runs thru the middle. It is somewhat steep and a bit rocky in places, but not too difficult to get around and do some hunting!
