Turn off Highway 69 onto east Highway 169 in Dewey. Go approximately 1 and a half miles to South Foothill Drive and Turn right and go South 1 mile to E Blue Ridge Rd. Turn left on E Blue Ridge Rd and then turn right on East Eagle Dr. Once you turn on E Eagle Dr, proceed to E White Dr where you turn right. E White Dr will go south then turn to the left as depicted in my attached photo. Go straight into the desert dirt road straight in front of you.

Letter D on the map in pictures is where you enter the dirt road.

The payment will end at a dirt road (as you see in pictures) that then proceeds up hill and curves to the right as you approach the top of the mountain.

When you arrive at the top of the mountain, do not take your first left to even high ground
Instead, proceed over the mountain and as you begin the descent, that's when you take the left fork down into the valley. Shortly after proceeding down the mountain on the opposite side from Dewey, the road divides and you should take the left fork to the lower valley where my property is located. (Note that the right fork keeps you up higher on the mountain)
The dirt road is approximately 3 miles.
The road was graded few months back but there maybe few bumps and potholes due to recent rains.
As you arrive at the property, you should see white for sale sign and corner markers.
