We have 3.4 of land for sale. We did a 6inch concrete pad foundation with reinforced steel. We had a curtain drain installed around it to have water diverted away from the concrete pad. We leveled and cleared almost an acre for future building, a food forest, or a lawn. It is right down the road from 4 lakes and around the corner from the bay near dewatto bay. You also have a new of the Olympic mountains and it is near timber land, so a ton of hiking and wildlife. Use it as an rv parking spot, tiny house spot, or build.
We installed power and rv hook ups are there. We have a giant water tank that is included. It has two gates on the land and more trees.
We cleared almost an acre, put a curtain drain and a concrete pad, wells are plenty in the area but we have a huge water tank, there are three lakes nearby, the river, the bay around the corner, and tons of trails! It borders tons of land that belongs to a timber company and the far right gate we share with them on the corner of our land. They said that we can hike it anytime! A ton of recreational opportunities out there!

A perc test was done last year and the document said that it meets the exception criteria for a gravity septic depending on where you put the system. The RV concrete pad is thick with reinforced steel/curtain drain around it to divert any rain during the winter, and the RV power hook ups are on the corner of the pad. The pad has potential for many uses. Plenty of space to put a home near the pad or do your own clearing on the other side. A lot of potential!
