Your affiliate account is separate from a Land-Listings customer account. Referred customers browse and register through the normal Land-Listings experience.

A new customer registers
The referred person registers normally in the same browser carrying the 90-day attribution.

They choose a seller membership
Only new referred Premium Standard and Premium Deluxe customers qualify; advertisement purchases do not.

First payment creates Pending commission
A successful positive payment creates a commission worth 50% of that actual first qualifying payment.

Their next payment succeeds
The same membership must produce its next successful qualifying subscription payment.

Commission becomes Payable
The amount stays based on the first payment; the next payment confirms qualification.

Payment is completed manually and recorded in your payout history.

Calculated from what the customer actually pays for their first successful Premium Standard or Premium Deluxe membership payment—not an advertised list price.
When your commission is earned
- The first successful qualifying payment creates one Pending commission.
- The customer’s next successful qualifying payment makes that commission Payable.
- The second payment does not create another commission or change the original amount.
- If the original payment is refunded while Pending, the commission is void.
- A registration, checkout attempt, advertisement purchase, or elapsed time alone does not qualify a commission.
This is a one-time acquisition commission. The 50% applies only to the customer’s first qualifying payment.
